Michelle Johnson

Michelle works hard to ensure that patients understand their drug therapy. She also realizes patients often consult their pharmacist first when health issues arise, and is ready to recommend appropriate over-the-counter medications or advise them to seek a doctors care. Michelle’s special interests include diabetes management Medication Therapy Management, and blood pressure control.

Michelle's dedication to her patients hasn't gone unnoticed. The Minnesota Pharmacists Association honored her with the Minnesota Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award a few years ago. In 2007 for going "above and beyond the call of duty to help their patients," APHA recognized her in their One to One Patient Counseling Program.

Besides managing the Goodrich St. Francis pharmacy, she teaches a women's health rotation for University of Minnesota Pharmacy students. With a three year old daughter and an infant son, her home life can be as hectic as a day at the pharmacy.
