"Thank you so so much for all the gifts. All the clothes were so nice. All the diapers, they are really helpful along with the personal basket. My son loves his dump truck. It was so nice of you all. I am really greatful for everything! Oh, yes, and the twins baby clothes are so cute and I cant wait until Ican put our pictures in the photo albums.They are sonice also. Health Partners recognized Goodrich Pharmacy once again in their Partners in Excellence Awards for 2008 - 2009

They acknowledged the Goodrich Pharmacies in the following categories:

  • Excellent Performance Award for "Managing High Risk Medications"
  • Excellent Performance Award for "Generic Utilization" Patient Experience Medication Safety - Pharmacy: Seventy percent of our patients were very satisfied with the advice and explanations our pharmacists provided on new medications.
  • Patient Experience Medication Safety - Pharmacy Care: The majority of our patients thought their Goodrich Pharmacist significantly helped them know what side effects to watch out for.

Hey Scott, I hope your vacation is going well.

I just want to you to know that Goodrich is the best in business. On Wednesday night, July 29th, I called in a refill for my dogs (Lucy) prescription. The automated system told me it was to early to fill, so I talked to the pharmacist about it. Well, the vet was supposed to call in Lucy's new directions a couple weeks back and never did. The Pharmacist called the vet for us Thursday morning and got the new directions as well as more refills.

I know this is fairly normal practice for Goodrich, but now that I am the customer I greatly appreciate the time she took to get this straightened out. So, please tell her thank you and we appreciate the extra effort.

To whom it may concern:

I wanted to write a letter of thanks to Michelle Grossman (Johnson) who works at the St. Francis Branch of Goodrich Pharmacy. She has gone 'out of her way' for me before, but this past incident proves she's a desirable employee for any pharmacy!

I have two prescriptions compounded at your pharmacy. I initially had them compounded at Bloomington, but when I found out that I could have them done in Anoka and save the mailing cost, I had them transferred. Besides picking them up for me, Michelle got on-line this past Monday and located a 'much needed' measuring scoop for me! In 24 hours I had them in hand! Considering I had contacted someone at the St. Francis pharmacy about two weeks ago to do the same thing and hadn't heard anything back. I was truly amazed and impressed with how she handled the situation. I even had called and talked to someone at your Anoka pharmacy and was told you didn't have anything like that!

I personally think if you are going to be compounding creams that need to be measured you should have some way to measure them! I had been using the same scoop I received from Bloomington when I got my first prescription filled, until it broke! I tried using measuring spoons, but they were too deep and were difficult to use.

Michelle deserves a big round of applause...and much more, for not only taking care of the needs of customers, but for caring about them too!!!
