About RefillRx
Goodrich Pharmacy utilizes an online refill system called RefillRx. This system requires that you first register with the Pharmacy where you get your medications filled.
Features of RefillRx
After you sign up for RefillRx you will have access to the following features:
- View your prescription profile
- View the status of your medications (refillable, not-refillable, etc.)
- View and Print Patient Education information on your medications
- View and Print IRS tax information
- Have a reminder e-mail sent when a prescription is due for refill
- View store hours, advertising specials, supported insurance plans, etc.
- Learn the status of requested refills
Browser Issues
For now, we ask that you use Internet Explorer to access the online refill site, because if you use another browser some of your refill requests might not be processed. We know many of you use other web browsers, but please be patient, the people at RefillRx are working to improve the compatibility of their site. We will announce when they release a new version of their website compatible with other browsers.
Security Concerns and HIPAA
When you use the RefillRx online refill site, no personally identifying information is used. Instead we use a specially generated patient ID that is sent to computers at one of our Pharmacies. Our computers then send back only your prescription information to your browser. Even if someone intercepted your patient ID, there is no way that person would be able to track the information back to a particular patient.
